If you’ve ever put a puzzle together, you know it takes time, focus, many attempts, and a lot of trial and error. Regardless of how it is put together, there is no right way and you can take it apart and put it back together as many ways as there are pieces. Meanwhile, the puzzle pieces remain the same parts of the completed whole.

We are the most magnificent, spectacular, and tragically beautiful puzzle.  We grow, transform, heal, love, grieve, change, laugh, weep, sing and scream through the seasons of life.

Although sometimes it feels we are broken to pieces, the truth is, we are whole.  Each time we pick up those pieces and rebuild ourselves it will look and feel a bit differently.

Coalesce Discovery is an integrative wellness approach that brings together the parts of you (spirit, emotions, mind, body) to create a whole-istic pathway to life.  Whole self wellness is created as we rebuild ourselves from the inside out allowing us to heal, transform and grow through the fullness of life!

WHAT IS WHOLE BEING WELLNESS?

  • WHAT-Our thoughts, emotions, and actions make a difference in how we show up in the world.  How do we manage stress and respond to life? How do our feelings, beliefs, and values inform and direct our behavior?
  • HOW-We can explore this through HeartMath™, emotional awareness, goal setting, and coaching, creative expression, mindfulness, accountability, connecting gut feelings/inner wisdom with the cognitive mind, heart, and body.
  • WHO-feeling overwhelmed, grief, life change, missing joy, experienced painful loss, and searching for ways to navigate and create new life, confused with too much information, stress management, accomplishing goals, caregiver burnout, and self-care.
  • WHAT-The relationship between ourselves and the world around us.  How are we connected to the natural world, unseen, and rational powers, what gives meaning or purpose to life, how does the universe work, and what are my beliefs, ethics, and guiding principles? Deepen the connection to our inner landscape and intuition.
  • HOW-We discover our spiritual self and world view through ceremonies and rites of passage for the deeply meaningful and significant events of our lives, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness practices, guided retreats offering life-expanding insight, personal rituals through creative art, sound, immersion in the natural world, mantras, and so much more!
  • WHO something feels off, a soul call, life purpose, intuition, life meaning.
  • WHAT-Our physical body and all that impacts it-internal and external.  Genetics, trauma, sleep, nutrition, movement, environment, relationships, chemicals, medications, etc.
  • HOW-Purposeful exercise and movement instruction for strength, flexibility, and healing (I’ve been a Personal Trainer for more than 23 years), Health Assessment, whole food education, disease management support with your Medical Team, stress management, mindfulness, and breathing techniques.  Everything is connected!
  • WHO- not sure where or how to start moving or exercising, new health diagnosis or reoccurring health condition, caregiver burnout.

  5. Create a personalized wellness plan to support your vision and goals.
  6. Support your continual journey of balance with wellness.
  7. We always work in conjunction with your medical and health professionals.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

We will meet first either by phone, Zoom or in-person to discuss your needs.  When we agree that this is a good fit, we begin the journey with a big picture overview, identify our starting point, and begin to discover the next step.

I will use a variety of methodologies to accomplish your whole health goal.  That is why it is Coalesce Discovery….we are putting the pieces together to create YOUR wholeness!  Wether it be specific disease management protocol, creating purpose, stress management or discovering your new identity in life after loss, I have an amazing tool basket to gather from.
